The Hair Initiatives’ mission is to connect Oklahoma foster youth and their caregivers with local hairstylists specializing in ethnic hair. We aim to provide education utilizing hands-on workshops, supplies, and online resources to empower both the child and caregiver when approaching the child’s unique hair needs.
