The Hair Initiative is proud to partner with amazing groups, centers, events, and nonprofits to bring hair resources to youth and their caregivers. We are a small piece of a larger puzzle in providing dignity to youth.

JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER 

To date, we've donated hundreds of dignified products and tools for all of the children in the center, put on a workshop and provided low-maintenance hairstyles for the girls there.

BOYS & GIRLS CLUB

In a partnership with Annie Lillard Legacy Foundation, we created a Back To School Hair Bash even that provided free haircuts to over 40 children and each child walked away with their own personal hair hygiene kit!

Upcoming Event: The Braiding Class. An 8-week braiding class featuring braiding basics and career options in the hair industry ending with a hair show!

FIRST LADY STITT'S BACK TO SCHOOL BASH

We were invited to attend this event in both Oklahoma City and in Tulsa. We got to share our story and our mission with foster parents and kiddos from across the state.

HOPE 4 THE FUTURE

Hope 4 The Future provides a natural, safe, family-friendly, home-like environment where families can engage in quality visitation and interactions, with the goal of supporting and assisting families in staying connected. We donate our Hair Kits and accessories to provide a way for their families to bond through hair when they have their visitation together.
